Collective of Image @SANDO
「コレクティブ・イメージ」とは印象の集合知という意味です。
ある風景から生み出された誰かのイメージした印象色と、その色を元にした数千枚の画像を組み合わせて作成した印象の集合知です。
元の風景は、東京・池上エリアリノベーションのハブとしてまちの賑わいを演出してきたカフェ•SANDO。
2022年1月に一旦終わりを迎えましたが、その折に合わせSANDOの風景から生まれるコレクティブ・イメージを来店したお客さんに協力してもらい作成しました。

This work is a combination of someone's imagined impressions of colors created from a certain landscape and the collective knowledge of photographs based on those colors.
It is a reconstruction of someone's impressions using other images.

The original scenery is of the cafe SANDO, which has been a hub of renovation in the Ikegami area of Tokyo, and will be closing its doors in January 2022.
SANDO will close in January 2022, and to coincide with that timing, we asked customers who visited the store to help us create a collective of image generated by the entrance landscape.
